- Served as Industry Advisor to Goldman Sachs and Allianz Capital Partners during the €2.1 billion acquisition of Messer Group in 2001.
- Acted as Industry Advisor to ING Bank and Messer Group in the acquisition and financing of the buyback of portions of the business in 2004.
- Provided Industry Advisory services to a Chemicals Company conducting Due Diligence on a major Tier 1 Gas Company (2004-2005).

- Executed a technical audit of an ASU involved in a dispute between two gas companies.
- Conducted a technical audit of an acetylene filling facility in Europe, related to the sale of facilities from a chemicals company to a gases company.
