Spiritus Consulting Ltd was founded in Nov 1994 but became operational in June 1995 when John Raquet and John “Buzz” Campbell formed CryoGas Consulting Ltd to offer consulting services to the European gases business. From its UK base - the company quickly expanded its services to Africa and the Middle East and then through Asia to the far East, while JR Campbell & Associates maintained its presence in North America. Since 2000, our business has also evolved from a market research firm to a business consultancy, offering strategic and M&A business advisory services to the global market.

Transparency in the Industrial Gases Industry

The industrial gases business was and in part continues to be known as the “invisible industry” as its core activities are based on the components that make up air! However, despite this invisibility, the industry was also actually very opaque. Spiritus was established to bring more insight and transparency into this business.
